The Barn Museum

The Barn Museum/Rare Collection from Those Days/ Moshava Sea of galilee

The Barn Museum, on the main street of Moshava Sea of galilee, is situated in the farm-yard of the Balinkov family, among the first families that settled in the moshava at the dawn of the 20th Century.

In Balinkov farm many of the Galilee workers and their guards worked and slept, including Berl Katzenelson and Josef Trumpeldor. Was for years used as weapons cache and as place to hold weapons practice for the locals and others.

Today it serves as a family museum and in it are displayed rare collections of work tools, household utensils and equipment used by the pioneers.
